Herdade Vale d’ Évora collects and uses your personal data to manage the site www.quintadoslagares.pt. Your personal information is also used to inform you of new products and/or services available at our partner websites and stores. You may also be contacted to fill out questionnaires and surveys, so that we may have your opinion about the services provided, or to share information about new services that we may offer.

IV – ORDERS

All of the products that are for sale are subject to the application of the Value Added Tax (VAT) in place at the time of purchase, as well as any shipping costs;
Product prices with the VAT and the respective shipping costs are described separately before your purchase is validated;
We are currently only accepting orders for continental Portugal
Products may be paid for by using multibanco (ATM) or a bank transfer.
Orders made through the online system are saved by HerdadeVale d’ Évora for a period of 48 hours. In the event of non-confirmation of the payment within this period, the order will not be filled.
In continental Portugal, orders are typically delivered within 3 working days of the date of payment;
In the event that a given product is out of stock, the client will be promptly informed.
The delivery of the products ordered through this service, is in compliance with the legal norms applicable in Portugal in the exercise of distance selling. (Statute n.º 82/2008 from the 20 th of May) (Decreto-Lei n.º 82/2008 de 20 de maio);

The client/user has the right to file a complaint about any deficiency or error with respect to the ordered product, within the timeframe established for this purpose.

All content presented on this website is the exclusive property of Herdade Vale d’ Évora.

 

VI – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The user is responsible for the content of the information sent or transmitted to the site.
The user acknowledges that the use of the site may not be 100% secure, that there is a possibility that the information sent / received could be intercepted by unauthorized parties, and that Herdade Vale d’ Évora cannot, nor will, be held responsible for communications security failures, and will not assume any responsibility for the improper use of your information by third parties.
The user acknowledges and accepts that access and use of this site may be interrupted, and that some information may contain bugs, errors, technical difficulties, problems or other issues.
The site may contain links to other webpages or be accessed by other webpages. Herdade Vale d 'Évora cannot be held responsible for the control of content, availability, operability or performance.

Herdade Vale d’ Évora reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions of Use without prior notice. The user is bound to the version of the Terms and Conditions of Use in place at the time of its
