Produced using a selection of grapes harvested at Herdade Vale d´ Évora. A blended wine consisting predominantly of the Arinto grape variety (approximately 65%), in combination with Verdelho and Antão Vaz. Final fermentation and aging takes place in the barrel for a duration of eight months.
