A garnet color. Aromas of fresh red fruit and notes of bergamot and rockrose. In the mouth it is structured and rich. Grapes are harvested by hand. The clusters are completely destemmed. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Stored in stainless steel tanks.
